Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery
Once dispatched, orders are normally delivered within 2–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, busy seasonal periods or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate the delivery with the courier.

Damaged Parcels
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate so that we can assist you.
